This is a sales floor reduction. We will be replacing carpet throughout store, some areas will be carpet cut around on some fixtures. We will be completing disconnects and reconnects for fixture reflow. There will be trenching for the Apple Pad so please allocate the proper electrical floor boxes as well as the connectrac that is called out for installation. We also will be painting all 4 walls as well as the swift walls that are being installed. Project to start on 9/9/24 and run for 6 weeks – plan on all day work 4am to noon shifts Monday through Friday.

Estimators Opinion:

This project consists of mainly the open structure ceiling paint. Not all walls get painted but about half of the partitions within the plan. The inside interior portion of doors and frames only. And a few other miscelanious items get painted. This project bids to two GC and the details for bid are on the spreadsheet in notes.
