Estimators Thoughts: 

This project is for interior only except fr exposed gas piping and exterior side of HM Doors. The project has ceiling heights up to 12ft. Pretty straight forward job. There is some concrete floor painting per plans simple striping but not a whole lot. This is for a commercial painter just add your prices to spreadsheet and send for bid.
