  • We have a transparent pricing policy. What you see is what you get, and we do not have any hidden fees.

 

  • We keep all client information private and confidential. All information is treated as a trade secret and is strictly prohibited from being disclosed.

 

  • We only allow certain people in our office privilege to access all client information.

 

  • We honor requests for estimates on a first-come, first-serve basis. We do not allow contractors to bid against themselves. All contractors have different material costs, labor costs and production rates which makes it impossible to bid against yourself. If by some very rare set of circumstances, we encounter two contractors in the same area bidding the same job and have identical pricing for assemblies and items, it would be a first come first serve basis. 

 

  • We have an estimating process option called the Once Over Methodology, which breaks down the project into major components and uses predetermined cost factors to estimate the total cost of each component. This methodology saves money for those with tightest estimating budgets.

 

  • We have an estimating option called the Extreme Detailed Methodology which breaks down the project into smaller components per trade such as room, wall, ceiling ect... And breaks the estimate down into a very detailed room by room estimate. Even a count on nails, screws, and other sundries needed for the project. This methodology breaks the project down as much as possible to get every assembly and component possible accounted for. Great for contractors with bigger estimating budgets or have special needs, utilize this option.

 

  • We have an estimating option called the Normal Sence Methodology which breaks down the project by using common sense, on the job contractor experience and estimating experience to determine the best breakout for the project. This is for contractors with an average construction estimating budget.  

 

  • For Best Construction Estimating outcomes and optimal results, we find contractors that provide their own supplier costs for materials, needed equipment and their average Labor cost win construction bids more often. This also provides the best accuracy for contractor budgets on awarded projects.

 

  • Upon request if contractor is awarded a construction project, we can re-visit the project and make the documents on any section dummy proof so your lead tradesman can understand the project needs if your foreman does not ordinarily read blueprints. We understand that this is a need for some trades and smaller businesses.  

 

  • Before purchasing a service, you can call us or send us plans for review and consultation if needed.

 

 

 

Here are the steps to get started with our estimating service:

 

 

 Step 1: Choose the service you want by visiting our homepage and clicking on Pinch Services. You can also contact us at 1-800-857-2305 if you have any questions.

 

Step 2: Add the service you need to your cart and proceed to checkout. In the notes section at checkout, provide us with Business Information or Personal Information if you're a homeowner.

 

Step 3: Expect a call Immediately to set up your folder and project Information and start sending us projects for your desired service(s). Send Plans to: plans@pinchestimating.com

 

Note: When submitting projects, we need reasonable timeframes as projects are not always simple and straight forward. Many times, some of the issues we notice are information missing, errors in the plans, national account contacts, plan scale is off, waiting on specified vendor pricing for materials or a copy and paste by certain architects that suggest a cookie cutter process which isn't the case most times.

When You Purchase a Service, It Is Added to Your Budget:

 

  • You Will Get an Invoice notice every Monday due within 3 business days.
  • Refundable Deposits are for clients who need ongoing services and receive the deposit back when they no longer need our services. 
  • Our software keeps us accountable taking random screen shoots as we perform your takeoffs and keeps track of time spent on project estimating to the second.
