All inclusion, Clarifications and Exclusions shall become part of any subcontract issued. Painting shall proceed prior to install of finish items not required for a watertight structure without the presence of other trades. The following bid is for labor only no materials or sundries included in the bid proposal.

Estimators Opinion:

This project consists of walls, ceilings, stairwells, hand and guardrails, steps and stringers, Doors annd frames, baseboard and other trims ect. Up to 10ft ceiling heights typical. Project duration roughly 10 to 12 months depending on team abilities.  This project is requested for bid for labor cost only the GC is supplying the all materials. However, I have included all the materials needed in the applicable spreadsheet section in case there is a request for the subcontractor to supply the materials. I accounted for this possible change. This is division 9 painting and the project is interior only 5 floors and a loft section to paint. GC Bid to information is located on the spreadsheet notes section.
