Estimators Review

This is a Wendys franchise. These are smaller commercial painting projects and the plans call out both Sherwin Williams and PPG paints. The finish schedule is laid out on the spreadsheet. There are up to 14ft ceilings in some areas. Some open structur paint on ceilings as well as gypsum board. The walls are Gypsum. The exterior does have some painting to include trash enclosure CMU and other metal substrates. The GC bid to information is in the spreadsheet notes.
