The following project is roughly 40,000 SF and includes both Interior and Exterior Painting for Bid. The qunantity takeoff is done already you only have to add your hourly wage for 1 guy in the Per Hour and your Paint Cost per gallon or 5Gal Pail on the material line items. 

Keep in mind all other infor mation is editable as well. If your uncomfortable with the production rate or any other info feel free to edit it to fit your crew abilities before sending for bid. 

Once you fill in your price you will see the Total Project Cost at the end of spreadsheet. This is the number you should plug into your Bid Proposal.
