PROJECT SIZE DEFINITIONS (SF GUIDELINES)
To help clients select the correct package, project sizes are generally defined by approximate square footage (SF).
Commercial square footage is based on ceiling SF per floor
(Not gross building footprint. Multi-story buildings are calculated per level.)
Multifamily projects are self-explanatory and follow industry norms.
These ranges are guidelines only. Final pricing is always confirmed after plan review.
