To help clients select the correct package, project sizes are generally defined by approximate square footage (SF):

• Commercial Projects:
  Square footage is calculated based on ceiling SF per floor, not the gross building footprint.
  Multi-story buildings are calculated per level.

• Multifamily Projects:
  Defined by unit count and follow standard industry norms.
